About the Role

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on plant equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
  • Detect and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using standard test equipment.
  • Conduct repairs and modifications as needed to maintain or improve equipment efficiency.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and address equipment-related issues promptly.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs and frequency drives.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
