Job Summary

The Client Services Specialist will provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This role involves cash handling, transaction processing, and maintaining the security of bank assets.

Key Responsibilities

Transaction Services:

  • Process various banking transactions, including check cashing, withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and balance cash drawers.
  • Follow bank procedures for safeguarding currency and adhering to federal and state regulations.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Assist clients with account-related issues and provide information on bank products and services.

System Support:

  • Maintain a working knowledge of FIS Core, HORIZON Teller Software, ImageCentre, and FDM Scanning.
  • Perform tasks outside normal scope as assigned by department leadership.

Other:

  • Maintain lobby appearance and arrange pick-up service for couriers.
  • Order customer supplies and maintain confidentiality of customer accounts.
