Respiratory Therapy Coordinator

- Process Orders: Assist customers in processing orders through our website and provide guidance on product selection, utilization guidelines, and return requests.
- Provide Technical Support: Troubleshoot problems with respiratory equipment and supplies, and provide education to referral sources, patients, and employees on equipment and supplies.
- Manage Special Projects: Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyze information, and implement process improvements to increase orders or revenue.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field; CRT/RRT certification required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
