Responsibilities

Your responsibilities as an Express Tire and Lube Tech will include:

  • Performing lubrication, oil changes, maintenance, tire services, and inspections.
  • Communicating needed repairs to Parts and Service Associates.
  • Following all Serra Chevrolet Buick GMC standard workflow processes.
  • Assisting in maintaining store equipment and tools as needed.
  • Maintaining a clean working environment and professional appearance at all times.
Job Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A good work history.
  • An aptitude to take direction and mentoring from others.
  • All necessary tools to perform tire and lube maintenance and repairs.
  • A laptop computer.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
  • The desire to be the best.
  • The ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Estimated Salary

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on the title, job description, and location. However, this is just an estimate and the actual salary may vary based on your qualifications and experience.
