Kitchen Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at the New Birth of Freedom Council, Boy Scouts of America. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals for our campers and staff.

• Plan and execute menus that meet the dietary needs of our campers and staff.
• Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.
• Manage kitchen inventory and ordering to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with our camp directors and staff to ensure seamless meal service and exceptional customer experience.

• 2+ years of experience in a kitchen management or supervisory role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred.
