As a Vessel Superintendent at Ports America, you will be responsible for supervising and managing Foreman, Labor, and other personnel, ensuring performance meets expectations and customer needs. You will also manage daily labor needs, order equipment, and control overtime costs. Additionally, you will collaborate with M&R/Terminal Departments for efficient equipment allocation and maintain positive labor relations and adherence to Collective Bargaining Agreements.
