Job Summary

The Financial Reporting Manager will prepare and analyze financial reports to track the organization's assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liabilities, and other related financial activities. This role requires a strong understanding of financial accounting principles and the ability to maintain accurate and detailed financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
  • Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate and timely financial record-keeping.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and verify deposits to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage accounts receivable and payable, including coding invoices and setting up new accounts.
  • Provide financial data and analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning.
  • Assist with the annual audit and ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Three to five years of accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.
