About the Organization:

PGA is on the lookout for a skilled and passionate Head Golf Professional to enhance our esteemed team. We seek an individual who will oversee our golf operations with a commitment to excellence and improve the overall experience for our members and visitors.

Primary Duties:

• Oversee daily golf operations, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all members and guests.
• Lead the pro shop team, fostering a customer-centric environment through effective supervision.
• Design and implement instructional programs catering to golfers of varying skill levels and provide personalized lessons.
• Organize and manage golf tournaments, events, and leagues to enrich the club's community engagement.
• Work in tandem with the events team to ensure seamless coordination of golf-related activities.
• Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and feedback with professionalism.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and sales in the pro shop to create an appealing retail atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the course superintendent to maintain exceptional course conditions and setups.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to continually enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• PGA Membership or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in a leadership capacity within a golf club or resort environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Comprehensive knowledge of golf operations, instructional methods, and tournament organization.
• Familiarity with golf-related technology and software applications.
