Job Title: Epic Ambulatory Analyst

ClinDCast LLC is seeking a skilled Epic Ambulatory Analyst to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Configuration: Design, configure, and customize the Epic Ambulatory module to meet the organization's medication management needs and ensure adherence to best practices.
  • Collaboration and Workflow Analysis: Work closely with clinical and pharmacy personnel to gather necessary information, assess existing workflows, and convert them into efficient and impactful solutions within the Epic Ambulatory module.
  • Software Updates and Maintenance: Stay up to date with Epic software releases, new features, and industry best practices related to the Willow Ambulatory module. Participate in system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new enhancements, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to clinical operations.
  • Release Cycle Management: Handle Release cycle - Review release notes, coordinate with the business, Build, Test, and deploy across environments.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Collaborate with the IT team and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve any issues or system errors related to the Epic Willow Ambulatory module.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
  • Workflow Analysis and Documentation: Ability to perform workflow analysis and documentation.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Team Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to interact with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Integration Platform Understanding: Understanding of the workings of integration platforms and the complexities of healthcare application integration.
