About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a minimum of one year of experience in a hospital, nursing care facility, or other related healthcare facility. You must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a LPN in the state of Texas.
Responsibilities- Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
- Ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Director and Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
