Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Aide/Medication Aid Trainer to join our team at Central Community College. As a key member of our faculty, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction to students enrolled in our Nurse Aide and Medication Aide courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach 76-hour Nursing Assistant and 40-hour Medication Aide courses using approved curriculum
  • Ensure courses meet federal and state regulations pertaining to the training of nursing assistants and medication aides
  • Administer competency evaluations to students and report results to the Program Coordinator
  • Identify and recommend revisions to course curriculum and delivery
  • Coordinate with program administration and personnel on various issues
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance, grades, and attendance
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Associate's degree
  • Current RN nursing license
