Job Summary: Modern Mental Health, Inc. is seeking a licensed mental health professional to join our team as a part-time or full-time staff member. The ideal candidate will be fully-licensed with prior experience providing outpatient psychotherapy services to diverse clientele, as well as someone who is relatively autonomous and independent in their practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions with clients to address their mental health concerns.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to help clients achieve their treatment goals.
  • Collect and maintain accurate client data to track progress and outcome.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in counseling or social work, or Doctoral degree in psychology.
  • Independently licensed in the state of Indiana (LMHC, LCSW, HSPP).
  • Prior experience providing individual therapy to adult populations.
  • Excellent communication and clinical writing skills, with ability to complete all clinical documentation on time.
  • Ability to manage your schedule and hours expectations.
  • Independent/autonomous in work.
  • Prior experience (and interest) in providing couples therapy is a plus, but not required.

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule, aside from required evening and/or weekend slots.
  • Ability to provide telehealth from home for some sessions (some in-person required).
  • Optional 401k.
