Key Responsibilities:- Provide nursing care to residents in post-acute care facilities
- Follow and adhere to care plans for residents
- Monitor vital signs and provide regular reports to the nursing team
- Observe residents' conditions and alert supervising staff to any concerns or emergencies
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, grooming, and feeding
- Maintain a clean and sanitary environment for residents

- Current Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
- Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
