Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled District Manager to lead our Propane Delivery team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing multiple locations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving district growth while maintaining a strong focus on DOT Safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business owner, setting an example and inspiring team members to embrace new opportunities and defend the customer base.
  • Assume overall responsibility for District P&L, including budget, DOT Safety, inventory, logistics, sales, and personnel.
  • Engage in field operations, customer interaction, and employee development, with a focus on creating a positive work environment that encourages employee morale.
  • Ensure the District remains compliant with company and DOT safety policies and procedures, and follows applicable DOT laws and regulations.
  • Responsible for hiring, training, coaching, and developing the district team, creating a customer service culture that fosters retention, relationships, and loyalty.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
  • DOT or propane gas experience preferred.
  • CDL with hazmat endorsement preferred.
  • Solid understanding of distribution and dispatching.
  • Solid understanding of expense management concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on team building and developing a positive rapport with company employees and customers.
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
