CNA Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Hanover Hall Nursing and Rehabilitation. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing care to residents with various needs, including therapeutic, neuro, and dementia care, as well as wound care and IV therapy.
  • Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming, in accordance with their established care plans.
  • Ensure residents are out of bed according to their care plans and interact with them, family members, and staff in a non-judgmental and supportive manner.
  • Collaborate with the inter-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to follow the care plan.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited high school or GED preferred.
  • Active Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, having successfully completed a State-approved training program and necessary examination.
  • Documentation of certification upon application for the position.
Work Environment:

Long-term care facility, nursing home setting, with a standard shift schedule, including day, evening, and night shifts, and rotating weekends.
