As a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, your role will encompass delivering direct patient care, collaborating effectively with the healthcare team, and providing mentorship to fellow staff members. Key responsibilities will include care coordination, delegation of tasks, and maintaining a secure and supportive environment for patients.
Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
- No prior experience necessary (2-5 years preferred)
- Valid RN license in Florida
- Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
