  • ** Articulate risk appetite and value proposition to brokerage partners.
  • ** Negotiate pricing, terms, conditions, and deal structures with brokers.
  • ** Achieve underwriting objectives such as growth targets and maintain favorable loss and expense ratios.
  • ** Foster robust long-term relationships with brokers to strategically grow a profitable book of business.
  • ** Oversee the management of the business portfolio, including establishing broker plans, target account lists, and monitoring performance of underperforming accounts.
  • ** Collaborate with engineering and claims teams in risk analysis and underwriting decision-making.
