Radiologic Technologist Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Generis Tek Inc. in Chillicothe, OH. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for operating radiologic equipment to produce high-quality radiographs, providing exceptional patient care, and maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate radiologic equipment to produce radiographs, ensuring high-quality images and minimal radiation exposure to patients and staff.
  • Provide exceptional patient care, reducing anxieties and explaining treatment procedures to patients.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
  • Document patient care services, charting in patient and department records.
  • Contribute to team effort, accomplishing related results as needed.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in radiologic technology from an accredited school or two years of experience in a directly related area.
  • Valid state Radiologic Technologist license.
  • Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT) with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Current BLS for Healthcare Provider CPR or CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification.
  • Trauma, fluoroscopy, and surgery experience preferred.
