Stylist Apprentice

SmartStyle is seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a Stylist Internship. As a Stylist-in-training, you will have the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of our business while delivering exceptional customer service across all channels of communication.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Learn the business and control expenses by observing other stylists and managers
* Greet customers and answer the phone with a smile
* Keep the salon clean and follow safety standards
* Assist in unloading monthly shipments of products
* Travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions

**Requirements:**

* Possess a valid cosmetology license in your state of employment
* Demonstrate Regis values of honesty, accountability, integrity, and respect
* Graduate from an accredited cosmetology school and obtain necessary licenses within 90 days of hire-date
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
* Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
