Role Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain electronic case files
  • Communicate with potential attorney offices to assess their willingness to accept referrals from our firm
  • Ensure organized documentation for cases under review to facilitate follow-ups and address any inquiries necessary for completing referrals
  • Keep electronic files updated with the latest information and referral statuses
  • Engage with clients regarding the referral process of their cases to other legal firms
  • Confirm receipt of referral settlement funds post-case resolution and ensure all related expenses and fees are reimbursed to our firm
  • Monitor referred cases to verify their status and ensure timely filing of lawsuits
  • Assist the negotiations department with administrative and legal support tasks.
