The Senior Director of Global Enterprise Risk & Resilience plays a critical role in shaping the future of cybersecurity at Palo Alto Networks. This exciting opportunity will allow you to lead crisis management and operational resilience programs across the global enterprise.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Crisis Management: Coordinate and manage the enterprise response to crisis events, including identifying potential implications, managing cross-functional teams, and developing table tops to ensure readiness for critical scenarios.
  • Global Risk & Resilience: Establish the strategic direction of crisis management and operational resilience programs, providing guidance on business continuity and disaster recovery planning activities, and handling special projects as requested.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in crisis and incident management, preferably in a high-technology and/or SaaS environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and handle high-pressure projects.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent prioritization abilities.
  • Experience with Google Cloud (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS), preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required; master's or other graduate degree preferred or equivalent military experience required.
  • Certifications such as CBCP, MBCI, EDRP, CISSP, or CISM, preferred.

Palo Alto Networks offers a competitive salary range of $227,000 - $312,000/YR, depending on qualifications, experience, and work location.
