- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Participate in shared governance councils and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
- Associate's degree in nursing or higher.
- Current Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or ability to obtain at time of hire.
- Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or ability to obtain during orientation.
