Psychiatrist - Telehealth

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Psychiatrist to join our team in a fully remote telehealth position. As a key member of our clinical team, you will provide exceptional psychiatric care to pediatric patients in a children's hospital setting located in the Philadelphia area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective management of psychiatric care, including initial psychiatric evaluations and medication management reviews, in accordance with established clinical guidelines.
- Develop a strong rapport with a diverse set of patients, exclusively through the telehealth modality.
- Uphold clinical customer service through the delivery of prompt and empathetic care.
- Formulate treatment plans in collaboration with the on-site clinical team.
- Document concurrently all clinical findings and services provided in the electronic medical record, as required by compliance standards.
- Be present and available on-screen for the duration of the contracted hours.
Requirements:
- Active Doctorate (MD / DO) Required.
- Active New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania medical licenses in good standing.
- Board Certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on clarity and compassion.
- Previous telemedicine experience and skilled at using online tools and technology to deliver care and communicate with patients.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Licensed in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
- Ability to be on-site on a very occasional basis in the Philadelphia area.
- Experienced in caring for patients with Serious Mental Illness.
- Flexibility and ability to adjust to the needs of clinic partners, such as same-day appointments, patients in crisis, technology outages, etc.
