Job Title: Accounting Clerk - Financial Operations Specialist

AutoCenters Service is seeking a highly skilled Accounting Clerk - Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and financial operations, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and reconcile financial transactions, including receipts, invoices, and payments.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general ledgers.
  • Perform financial analysis and provide recommendations to management on financial matters.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
  • One to two years of experience in accounting or financial operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:

The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a moderate noise level. The employee must be able to sit for long periods and perform tasks that require close vision. The employee must also be able to lift and move up to 10 pounds.
