HCA Florida Kendall Hospital is seeking a skilled and dedicated Operating Room Technician to join our team. As a key member of our surgical team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and maintain aseptic environments for surgical procedures.
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during procedures.
  • Transport patients to and from the operating room.
  • Maintain accurate records of surgical supplies and equipment.
  • Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure a safe and efficient operating environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Operating Room Scrub Technician Certification (CST) preferred.
  • Completion of an accredited surgical scrub technician program or experience working as a scrub tech.
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • Minimum of one year of surgery experience preferred.
