Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and mechanical issues with overhead bridge cranes and hoists
  • Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition
  • Evaluate functionality and identify solutions to improve equipment performance
  • Build and maintain customer confidence through effective communication and timely completion of tasks
  • Support customers by interfacing with internal staff on repair and safety-related issues
  • Document service and installation actions accurately and efficiently
  • Ensure a safe and clean work environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with similar equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong electrical and mechanical skills, with ability to troubleshoot and repair complex issues
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
