Brilliant Earth is seeking a skilled Jeweler to join our team in Secaucus, NJ. As a Jeweler, you will be responsible for executing physical construction of fine jewelry products, including soldering, filing, and assembling rings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute physical construction of fine jewelry products, including soldering, filing, and assembling rings.
• Set side and center stones.
• Polish complex precious-metal jewelry pieces with diamonds and gemstones.
• Ensure products meet Brilliant Earth's high-quality standards.
• Meet daily processing timelines and quotas.
• Communicate and work cross-functionally with other teams.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
• Adhere to product security and safety protocols.

Requirements:

• 1+ years' experience and training as a bench jeweler.
• Deep knowledge of jewelry materials, including gemstones, diamonds, and precious metals.
• Highly organized with a focus on execution and attention to detail.
• Exceptional time management skills and accountability.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• B1 level English Proficiency (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).
