Strawberry Farming Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Strawberry Farming Specialist to join our team at Oishii Farm. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the execution of harvesting related tasks in a production farm, contributing to our exceptional product and plant health.

• Manage stages of the strawberry plant life cycle, ensuring timely completion of tasks such as harvesting and cleaning/sanitizing.
• Operate and troubleshoot new farming technologies to optimize crop yields and quality.
• Collaborate with packaging and distribution teams to ensure seamless sorting, cleaning, weighing, packaging, and labeling of strawberries.
• Collect and analyze data to inform improvements in our farming practices and product quality.
• Escalate concerns to leadership to ensure the health and safety of our plants and team members.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent punctuality and attendance record.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work in a fast-paced, active environment.
• Comfortable with heights and able to climb ladders.
• Hand dexterity and ability to work in a non-sedentary role for extended periods.
• No growing experience necessary; on-the-job training provided.
