Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
As the Event Services Supervisor, you will:

  • Oversee the setup and execution of banquet events, ensuring all aspects align with our service standards.
  • Collaborate closely with event planners and culinary teams to guarantee every detail is attended to.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to banquet servers, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to address any challenges that may arise during events.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate evening, weekend, and holiday events.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in banquet service or a related field.
  • A valid Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service and catering operations.
  • The physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • A valid driver's license, where applicable.
