Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Clinician to work in a pediatric environment, focusing exclusively on infants aged 3 to 18 months. This role involves utilizing the DOC Band to address and correct plagiocephaly, a condition that affects head shape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert diagnosis and treatment for infants with abnormal head shapes.
- Build strong relationships with families throughout the treatment process.
- Collaborate with pediatricians and parents to ensure the best care for patients.
- Participate in a formal training program with mentoring opportunities.

Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed Physical Therapist.
- A background in pediatrics is preferred but not mandatory.
