Job Title: Enrollment/Billing Associate

Indotronix International Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Enrollment/Billing Associate to join our team in Bethlehem, PA.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to review billing system setup for accuracy, update bills per service requests, and perform procedures on simple to moderately complex validations and audits to determine over/under payments, identify procedural exceptions, and drive resolution in compliance with established procedures and timelines.

Responsibilities:
  • Review and update billing system setup for accuracy and completeness.
  • Perform procedures on simple to moderately complex validations and audits to determine over/under payments, identify procedural exceptions, and drive resolution in compliance with established procedures and timelines.
  • Complete assigned audits and special projects.
  • Reconcile expected versus actuals, and drive resolution of unexplained variances.
  • Perform and validate the accuracy of cancellation activity to ensure compliance with Sarbanes Oxley controls.
  • Collect and validate required documents and data elements required to complete system setup.
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries from internal and external business partners.
Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of previous service experience working in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or billing required.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Excel spreadsheet functions.
  • Demonstrates a strong focus on customer service when partnering with internal and external business partners.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Insurance industry knowledge and experience is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles).
  • Ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work successfully independently and as part of a team.
