Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the operation, maintenance, and repair of equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs, repairing vinyl, and performing minor furniture repairs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public areas to identify and address any maintenance issues.
  • Perform plumbing repairs, laundry equipment maintenance, and other tasks as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
  • Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, determining the cause and reporting to the Front Desk.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred.
  • Valid driver's license for the applicable state.
  • Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving Record) property specific.
