Job Title: DPT - Physical Therapist

MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy and be licensed to practice in Illinois.

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and serving as a resource in the therapy department. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performing initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
  • Establishing, revising, and evaluating a plan of care
  • Performing therapy interventions utilizing standard physical therapy techniques and skills
  • Overseeing activities of physical therapy assistants, students, and other support personnel

Qualifications include:

  • Master's Degree or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
  • Basic computer skills, good interpersonal skills, basic organizational and time management skills
  • Current Illinois license as a Physical Therapist and CPR, or compact license
  • One (1) year of experience as a Physical Therapist in a healthcare setting preferred
