About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at PACS Inc. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct rehabilitation care to patients in accordance with physician referrals and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in occupational therapy to maintain expertise and provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements
  • Current registration/licensure in applicable State and maintenance of an active license in good standing throughout employment.
  • One year of experience in post-acute care or a related setting preferred.
  • CPR certification upon hire or obtain during orientation, with ongoing maintenance of certification.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email communication.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations and healthcare teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
