Elite Business Resources, LLC Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented laboratory professional to support our production processes by conducting tests, maintaining laboratory equipment, and ensuring the quality and safety of raw materials and finished products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of laboratory procedures, safety protocols, and technical skills to operate lab instruments effectively.

This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting routine and complex laboratory tests and analyses, preparing chemical solutions, and maintaining accurate and detailed lab records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform laboratory tests and analyses on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
  • Prepare chemical solutions and calibrate equipment according to prescribed methods.
  • Record, interpret, and report test results.
  • Monitor and maintain lab equipment.
  • Assist in quality control and assurance activities.


Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of laboratory experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficiency in using laboratory equipment such as spectrometers, chromatographs, pH meters, and titrators.


Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
