About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Campaign Manager to join our team at Uline, a leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials. As a Senior Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for driving paid search strategies across multiple product lines and business areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage text and shopping ad campaigns to optimize performance and fuel traffic to our eCommerce site.
  • Analyze campaign performance and interpret results to make data-driven recommendations.
  • Guide and develop a team of Campaign Managers to ensure high-quality work and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of available tactics within ad programs on Google and Microsoft.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience directly managing paid search programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Adaptable with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
