Leidos Defense Systems is seeking a highly skilled Radar Systems Engineer to join our team in Dayton, Ohio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in radar systems, digital signal processing, and RF communication theory.

Responsibilities will include designing and implementing firmware and software for RF software-in-the-loop (SIL) and hardware-in-the-loop (HWIL) simulators.

This challenging position requires a diverse set of technical and task management skills and allows for the opportunity to contribute immediately to important, meaningful work.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other closely related field from an accredited institute.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with a minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other closely related field.
  • Working knowledge of ELINT and/or SIGINT.
  • Experience with RFSoC / VHDL / FPGA design practices and tools.

Pay Range: $101,183,300.00
