Key Objective:
The main objective of this role is to execute repetitive assembly tasks in the production of skylight components, adhering to established production standards and plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble finished products by installing components.
  • Carry out tasks in accordance with assigned Job Instructions (J.I.'s).
  • Ensure compliance with production, quality, and safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and uphold 5's practices.
  • Complete additional tasks as directed by local supervision.
Compensation:
Hourly Pay Rate: $20.93
Standard Work Schedule:
6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Thursday.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production setting.
  • Capability to perform essential functions of the role.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Familiarity with reading and interpreting blueprints is preferred. Understanding of metric measurement systems is also advantageous. Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as necessary. A demonstrated desire and ability to collaborate in a team setting, reflected through a positive attitude towards quality, safety, attendance, and a solid work history, is essential. Compliance with all conduct rules, safety regulations, and policies as outlined in Employee Handbooks or other communication channels is mandatory.
