Salary: $88,000 - $173,200 annually
About the Job:This role involves interacting directly with patients in an outpatient clinical setting, building rapport quickly, and coordinating care with internal and external providers. You will develop and implement clinical treatment programs, conduct psychological assessments, and lead crisis intervention methods.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individual, family, or group therapy sessions based on ethical and medical necessity guidelines.
- Develop and coordinate clinical treatment programs for patients presenting mental health conditions.
- Conduct psychological assessments and interpret results.
- Work closely with patients and/or families to involve them in treatment planning as appropriate.
- Active and unrestricted (PhD, PsyD) license
- Rhode Island residency
- 2+ years of experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals, families, and groups
