Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team at Opusing Corporation. As an Experimental Airframe and Engine Specialist, you will be responsible for repairing, maintaining, and troubleshooting airframes, engines, and components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct airframe, engine, component, and system checks to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Perform repairs, maintenance, and overhauls on airframes, engines, and components, including 100-hour and progressive inspections.
  • Install Service Bulletins (SBs) and kits on airframes and engines.
  • Use specialized equipment, such as tensiometers, micrometers, pressure gauges, and hand tools, to repair or modify systems or assemblies.

Requirements:

  • High School education or equivalent.
  • FAA A&P Certification.
  • Strong knowledge of jet and piston airframe and engine principles, including arithmetic, blueprints, and specifications.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Airport Security Badge.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of A&P experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Flight Control Rigging experience.
  • Engine experience.
  • Hydraulic experience.
  • Inspections experience.
  • Landing Gear experience.
