Zoetis is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Professional to join our team as a Corporate Veterinarian. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in educating and influencing veterinary colleagues and practice teams through lectures, roundtable discussions, and other educational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver educational programs and materials to veterinary professionals and practice teams on the latest small animal diseases, Zoetis products and services, medical advancements, and practice management topics.
- Partner with internal teams to develop and implement business strategies and objectives, and provide expert advice on veterinary-related matters.
- Collaborate with Area Business Managers to achieve business goals and objectives, and provide coaching and training to sales teams and colleagues.
- Engage with the veterinary industry, Zoetis business, and Zoetis brand, and maintain a commitment to personal and professional growth.
Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or equivalent degree.
- Current and active veterinary license, in good standing.
- 5+ years of experience as a veterinarian in companion animal general clinical practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel for work (50-70% of work time travel expected).
