Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Charge Registered Nurse to join our team at the Maryland Correctional Institution for Women in Jessup, Maryland. As a Charge RN, you will provide supervision of nursing and support staff on assigned shifts in a correctional setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients
  • Supervise nursing and support staff on assigned shifts
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to identify and respond to physical and mental health needs

Requirements

  • Valid RN license in Maryland
  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related field preferred
  • Current tuberculosis documentation and active CPR certification
  • Prior experience providing nursing care and supervising nursing staff
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
