Key Responsibilities:- Clinical review, entry, and modification of oncology treatment plans
- Oncology order verification, hazardous and non-hazardous sterile admixture check
- Partnership with clinic providers and nursing to provide remarkable patient care
- Proficiency with equipment and software
- Resident (PGY1/PGY2) and student precepting
- Participation in committees such as P&T, tumor boards, and shared governance
- Order set review and development
- Medication therapy management and patient counseling

Qualifications:- 4 Year/Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, required
- Postgraduate year 1 residency or fellowship OR two years of experience as a registered pharmacist in health system pharmacy, required
- Oncology experience strongly preferred
- Current Pharmacy licensure in appropriate state(s) or must be completed within 30 days of start date by either examination or reciprocity, required
- Board of Pharmacy Specialties Certification or other approved certification must be obtained and continuously maintained within 2 years of start date as applicable to the role; excludes PRN team members who may not be eligible to take certification exam, required
