PRIMARY CARE / COMMUNITY HEALTH / RADIOLOGIC TECH / RADIOLOGY

Position Overview: The role entails executing a variety of standard radiology examinations within the Radiology Department. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality control, adhering to preventive maintenance protocols, and following safety measures. The technician will operate either autonomously or under the supervision of a Physician or designated supervisor.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • Completion of a State-approved Radiologic Technologist training program
Certifications and Licenses:
  • Registered as a Radiologic Technologist in the State of New Mexico
  • First Aid and BLS/CPR certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment
Screening Criteria:

Successful completion of pre-employment testing and immunization requirements:
  • Immunizations and tests including TB, Hepatitis B, Tdap, MMR, Varicella, and Influenza vaccines
