Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in a home healthcare setting.
About the Role:- Assess and plan patient care using the nursing process
- Collect and analyze data to identify potential nursing diagnoses
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure effective patient care
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of practice
- Current Health Certificate
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Current BLS card
- One year prior RN experience preferred
