Position Overview

Hillandale Farms LLC is seeking a skilled By-Product Transport Operator to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring the timely and safe delivery of by-products to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete all necessary documentation related to deliveries.
  • Transport by-products to designated locations as required.
  • Maintain accurate driver logs on a daily basis.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the transport grounds, including snow and debris removal.
  • Exhibit safe and courteous driving practices at all times.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Must possess the ability to operate a manual transmission.
  • Proficient in reading and writing in English.
  • Current Medical Certificates are required.
  • Prior experience with tractor-trailer driving and heavy equipment operation is preferred; mechanical skills are a plus.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in heavy equipment operation is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience driving a tractor-trailer is preferred.
  • Must hold a valid CDL A license.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to perform tasks at a fast pace and lift weights ranging from 40 to 60 lbs.
