Job Title: RN-Registered Nurse Telemetry

Join Shaker for ChristianaCare Direct as a Registered Nurse in our Telemetry Unit. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.

About the Role:
  • Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing a team of 3-4 medical or surgical patients per shift.
  • Collaborate with hospitalists, specialty consultants, and transitional nursing staff to achieve realistic healthcare goals for patients and their families.
  • Use your expertise to assess patients' physical and emotional status, past health history, health practices, and their knowledge of their disease and its treatment.
  • Engage in a relationship-based care model, building relationships with patients, families, and peers, guided by our values of excellence and love.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Delaware.
  • Telemetry experience a plus.
  • Progressive Care or Gerontology Certification preferred.
