The Golf Course Superintendent at Trump Miami Resort Management LLC is a critical role that requires a unique blend of agronomic expertise and administrative skills.

Job Description

This position is responsible for the maintenance, operation, and management of the golf course(s), including the upkeep of equipment, facilities, and grounds. The successful candidate will be expected to prepare annual budgets and long-range plans, acquire necessary supplies and equipment, and oversee the scheduling and routing of personnel and equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of agronomy and turfgrass management practices, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills. Fluency in Spanish is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and improve the quality of the golf course(s)
  • Oversee construction, renovation, and reconstruction of properties
  • Prepare and manage budgets and forecasts
  • Acquire and maintain equipment and supplies
  • Supervise and train staff members

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in golf course management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
