About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team at Daltile. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues with our manufacturing equipment, including PLCs, electrical systems, and process control instrumentation.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, including formatting hard drives, installing software, and configuring computer systems.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead projects and work collaboratively with other team members to ensure successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by following safety protocols and adhering to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent, with 5 or more years of experience in electrical and PLC maintenance.
  • Skills and Knowledge: Strong knowledge of electrical codes, PLC programming, and process control instrumentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work at heights requiring fall protection.
