Sentara is seeking a Radiologic Imaging Specialist in Williamsburg, Virginia
This is a Full-Time Day shift position offering EXCELLENT BENEFITS
As a Radiologic Imaging Specialist, your responsibilities will include conducting and interpreting various diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures. You will ensure adherence to all quality control and assurance standards mandated by relevant state, federal, and local regulations. Your role will focus on delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining strict radiation safety protocols.
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Trade School in Radiologic Technology
- ARRT Registered or eligible for registration; must achieve registry within 90 days of employment

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct and interpret all diagnostic and interventional imaging procedures while ensuring compliance with quality control and assurance standards as set forth by regulatory agencies. Provide exemplary patient care and uphold radiation safety practices at all times.
Required Certifications:
- Trade School Graduate: Radiologic Technology
- ARRT Mammography (M) - Certifications - American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- ARRT Radiography (R) - Certifications - American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI
